Meet With Us
When you sign up for a meeting, you’ll get the chance to talk directly with Dr. Chelsea Freeborn and her assistant, Melina Mozafari. Together, they’ll walk with you through the ideas on this site and help you think about what co-parenting could look like in your family.
Dr. Freeborn’s work focuses on human ecology, academic decolonization, and families’ experiences with early learning and child care. She brings this lens to every conversation, helping parents notice how culture, community, work, and systems outside the home shape what happens inside it.
In your meeting, you can:
-
Reflect on how the mental load and external pressures are affecting your family
-
Explore small, realistic changes to share parenting more fairly
-
Ask questions about the research behind co-parenting and child development
-
Get practical ideas for talking with your co-parent, kids, or wider circle
These conversations are supportive guidance and education, not therapy or emergency support, and they’re open to parents and caregivers from anywhere in the world.
